    Hi Guys,

I'm about to prep my R1 for a reinstall with a view to sell on (recently upgraded to the m14x). I'd like to make the clean install as factory fresh as possible. Is there a way to get everything on including the respawn partition stuff? My normal clean install wouldn't bother with this? Is it worth the effort? Is it even possible?

    Thanks,

    S

If you created recovery media when you first got the machine, why not just boot from that and restore back to factory condition? - it'll then be exactly like it was when you turned it on the first time.....
