Their CS is not bad, it's their quality/testing and having a proper feedback management system, that filters up in the org, so any problems can be sorted out. Now they probably have CS and sales in the same dept and view number of calls/ chats as a good thing.. many org's do...

The EPISODE #2 supposed to be online the last month and the original title was something related to customer. for some reason the cancel the original episode #2 and they renamed "Immersive Gaming: A Window to the Future".
