So on the last showing they said there might even be a guest outside of alienware for the next show... hmm... how awesome that would be!

Perhaps it was newfie because I know that he was posting a lot on the alienware forum about this. Chaz didn't have any problems because he had the new BIOS, remember?

Yeah but Frank said the guy was having continued discussions over fixing his m15x -- that doesn't fit the bill for Chaz

Yeah, but if I recall correctly it was the guy's actual name, not a forum name (making it more difficult to identify)

Frank and Juan Carlos were helpful with my M15X problems. Had no idea they would mention my name since we have been mainly communicating by e-mails.

Well he said it was because you sent AlienNetwork an email, so then he brought up the fact you two had been talking before.

The M15X is my 4th laptop from Alienware. A few problems over the years but the downclocking/overheating was the first serious one. When i have contacted Alienware they were always very helpful, and always courteous. Have not had the issues that others have mentioned in forums. No i am not an Alienware fanboy in particular since i have owned Gateway, Mac's, and Dell laptops in the past.

Really?! I think they have the best customer service and tech support out of any company. Roswell Support is amazing also. A++ from me for CS and TS. :)

i don't think it's bad, just inconsistent. e.g. some guys get awesome TS and have their problems solved within minutes, others are told to reinstall vista a gazillion times and still get nowhere...
