I hate the AlienFX lights. My routine when starting up my computer has always been to wait for everything to load so I can turn off AlienFX. It glitches up when I close my laptop lid and when returning from rest mode they turn back on I have to close and restart the controller. I'd really like to end all of the fuss and just have them off by default, but I can not for the life of my figure out how to make them not turn on automatically when I start up my computer. Anyone know how to do this? (I'm on an m15x if that helps at all)

Try to use my AlienFX Lite program and either:

    1) Go on Help -> Reset Lights

    2) Make a profile and set every light to black

Also, make sure that the AlienFX Controller program doesnt start on start up otherwise it will bring back the fx. Link to program is in my sig

Agreed Try the above.. Usually once I get my lights the way I want them I disable CC and they always stay that way...
