Hi everyone, I'm a new owner of the wonderful m15x ^^

Eevryone is almost perfect until I recently reinstalled the OS to ultimate. I installed all the necessary drivers but there is one major problem(for me) is that I cannot create any new themes from AlienFX. I do however can change the colours and open save themes. Well below is an error box that I get:

There are important settings in the application in order to complete the creation of a new theme. The only functionality you have available is opening an existing theme. \r\n Please reinstall the Alienware AlienFX software.

I tried to reinstall OSD and command centre using the ones from myhive, I've also tried reinstalling my OS but I still get this error message / _ \

I really want to use the Advance themes function.
Can someone just upload and give me an Advance Theme PLEASE! >.<or send to my e-mail at gmail.com, user name is adomiez

or Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Many Thanks!

P.S. the default location of the theme is in C:\Users\ "yourUserName"\AppData\Local\Alienware\Alienware AlienFX\Themes

it doesnt fix it, thats what I had been doing already.
I just want to download an advance theme, those .ath files
so I can use it ~.~

If I have the theme it doesnt really matter if it is fixed or not as I can copy paste them afterwards, but I just need the 1st one!
me want colour morphing so bad

Looks like they got a new version of CC coz I never seen that error before. If I were not in training these days I would have had enough time to look at it in debug. Let me find sometime and go through the new CC

Just checking if you followed the install in order

    1) .Net 3.5
    2) Webcam driver
    3) OSD
    4) Command Center

What version are you using ? I guess the latest they have for 64 bit is 1.0.33

    yay it worked ^^

THANKYOU so much Wizzo! lucky I can change the tempo using edit and I now just need to copy paste and use save as to create new themes hehe

re findvikas: I've changed my OS to Chinese Vista Ultimate, maybe that caused the problem? I installed .net 3.5, Cyberlink_Youcam_2.00.2419, m15x_OSD_Vista_00020, M15x-M17x-CommandCenter-1028(x32)

I'm using 32 bit at the moment, maybe I'll try installing 64 bit in the easter holidays? I see you getting higher pc mark in 64bit vista, does gaming performance improve too? Apart from the initial driver installing fuss does normal applications install perfectly?

Just noticed another problem, I cannot add new applications / _ \
looks like anything related to create doesn't work, guess I'll need to try 64 bit some time

Make sure to uninstall your old osd and command center before you install the new versions.
