Yes, so I just have a few minor issues, all focused on Firefox 4 since I've been using AlienGUIse (the GUI that Dell offers for Windows 7).

The first problem is slightly hard to explain, essentially, Firefox has it's own "Window bar" and when I select Firefox 4 by clicking on the Tab Bar only that Window Bar shows, however if for example I move my mouse over the Start Option, the Default Windows Bar shows, ASWELL as the Firefox one, meaning I have a bar floating above the Firefox one that doesn't actually do anything.

Finally, when I right click and hover over an option, it says highlighted, but a very ugly color with illegible text. This goes away if move my mouse away from the drop down box, but still, it's annoying.

If anyone has any solutions to these problems, I would highly appreciate it.

excuse the sarcasm, but i think the only solution would be to uninstall it alltogether :)

While this is a solution. It is not a fix. Since my problem is similar with the added flickering and parts of the browser GUI blacking out I am hoping somebody has a fix. This for me is happening in both Firefox 4 and IE 9.

IE 9 is a little hard to uninstall. Edit: I guess it is a little easier than I though to uninstall IE 9.

I am pretty sure that it a graphical error of some sort that only has to do with the browser's since all other programs and apps I launch are good to go.

I am troubleshooting now but if anybody has any suggestions it would be helpful.

    Thanks.

We just told you as you're not the only one with problems, every now and then threads are made around this theme that causes glitches, flickering etc. in different situations.

OK are you talking about uninstalling AlienGUIse not Firefox 4?

scook9 mentioned that it might have something to do with hardware acceleration these browser's have.

or in the settings of the program, exclude the programs that are giving you the issue.

I used to have the same problem until I switched the skin from the default to Lavafox.
