I did a clean win 7 install on my new M17x, but must have missed the install for the aliensense, what app is it? command center is installed and working
-
IIRC, it should be part of cc....
-
only option i see is alienfx and alien touch nothing else
-
You only have 2 options when you launch cc?
-
yes sir, only 2 options, was i supposed to install the youcam software and such
-
Maybe.
I know for sure now that sense and fusion IS part of cc.
CC should have been the last thing to install after a clean install. -
-
i think you got it when you talked about the youcam and such.
but it seems odd that it would not at least show up still.... -
On my m17 I had to install the cam at first but than AlienSense appeard as well
Greetings
Julian -
yeah i installed the youcam and reinstalled the CC still no luck, having sound issues also as in sound not work
sound issue fixed, now just have to figure out the aliensense crap -
Kcissem...
go to this page and make sure you have all the updated drivers...
dell drivers for M17x
i am trying to locate a driver install list that offered the corrects steps...still looking though. -
I think I'm going to create a threat that states the side effects of using Windows 7 on the M17X. First of all, Command Center isn't fully compatible with Windows 7. Alien Sense and Alien Fusion are not supported.
