Ok so when i log on, the little window says "One Moment, Aliensense is starting u" but it never finishes and is just a little black screen. Then on my taskbar, there is the little icon with the green alien eye that says:

"Desktop for rockfock (Inactive Mode). Program update received. Please reboot your computer to activate the update."

i reboot my computer like 20 times and it still says that. My camera is just a blank black screen. How do i fix this?

edit: i have reinstalled Command center already and nothing has happened

    Hi rockfock,
Go ahead and uninstall command center and reinstall using the most current version on the Dell support site. Also, make sure that you're webcam is enabled (both the function key and in device manager). It's a known issue that after a windows update, the webcam disappears from the device manager. If it is dicovered that the webcam is in fact missing from your device manager, remove command center, shut the computer completely down, verify that the webcam is now present, and reinstall command center.

    Windows 7:
    Command Center

    Windows Vista:
    Command Center

    Thanks,
    Gabe

Has anyone gotten Sense to work in Win7 on a domain? Mine works fine until, for whatever reason (like low lighting), the facial recognition fails. Once that happens, Sense never works again, and just gives a "not licensed" error.
