Hi, this is my first post but i've been around this forum for a while.

I was just wondering. I ordered an m17x and it's still in the build stage. I chose the 2 business days shipping plan and wondering if i could still change it to next business day method. any suggestion who i should contact or what number i should call?

Ive been speaking to 'Alienware' customer serice today. Its a total farce. You dial a uk number and hear the menu, hitting any choice re-routeses to the Indian subcontinent. From there things go from bad to worse. Numerous switching of departments, a long hold and then the obligatory hang up.

I think we can kiss goodbye to the Alienware legendary customer service

Roswell Crew is no more. We need to get rid of that number.

Since the majority of this info is incorrect/outdated now, this thread is being removed as a Sticky. If you need assistance with your AW system, contact Dell Technical Support.

Sorry for flaking on the Thread. Sorta lost all initiative after the whole Roswell debacle, and we all know what followed that. Anywho, apologies to all the selfless contributors and guests alike.

I lazily edited the thread since it's really of no use anymore. I would love to see another starry-eyed go-getter take the torch on a similar thread within the Dell forum, but I've already shown my meandering interests would fall far short of the task.

As long as I'm making requests though, I'd love to see a Stickied Thread with high level customer service and tech support contact info. You know, the good stuff.

Also, a few "shout at the man" type emails for some of the corporate goons responsible for our woes would be lovely. Assuming of course, the idea didn't trouble the Mods at all.

Best of luck to all in getting your AW tech supported.
