    Hi all,

    Hope you can help?

No matter what I do I can't get my AlienFX lights to work on battery only. Whether I format the PC and re-install Windows 10, drop the batter and system battery, reset the BIOS or change settings in command center or Alien fusion, nothing makes the lights work.

I've followed numerous tutorials and nothing works, and sadly this laptop is out of warranty so a new motherboard is out the question, yet bizarrely the second I plug in mains - it works, remove mains power and it stops working instantly.

    Any suggestions? Thanks,

All working, a full disable with no power or system battery for a few minutes cured the issue.
