This is my first Alienware and I just received my M15x laptop a few days ago and go figure the touch controls don't work. I read that bios update will fix that to x34, or x32? Also according to cpu-z I already have x36 so should I contact alienware? OR can you just reconnect it? And Is there a way to manually put it in stealth mode for the time being? The fans get annoying just when surfing the web.

So far here are some of my opionons
    Pros:
    love the AlienFX, and AlienSense
    types awesome
pretty portable since it is for school, cough cough
    runs games good, great resolution

    Cons:
Some keys are coming up, Alienware is already sending me another keyboard
The sleeve it comes with was ripped on the seems
    Touch controls dont work
Fans randomly turning on while on web gets annoying

Thanks for the help this is my first post lol

You'll probably regret getting an m15x. A lot. Seriously.

Considering the new m15x is probably coming in a month or two, and the m15x has loads of issues such as your hinges will likely break in about a year's time. If not, sooner.

    ^^^^ that was helpful

There have been some issues where they were not responsive due to static you could try whipeing them down with a whipe

and make sure the drivers are istalled

the fans don't randomly come on .... they turn on after your computer reachs a certain temperature
