Can you upload that video to YouTube instead?

Can you get into the BIOS?

Does an external monitor light up?

Yeah please upload your video on YouTube or some other streaming site. Not many will download it from that site.

You probably need to format your laptop.

Hi, here are the links for both videos:

I talked with the sellers and i can return back the laptop for all of my money, but as you know the original price of this laptop with RTX 2070, 32GB OF RAM, I7 9700K, 1TB HDD and 512 SSD and maybe the error is very simple as a change of memory? It cost me $2299 in ebay, is a refurbished laptop from Dell outlet.

Im think im going to return it back or what do you think.

    Thanks in advance.

PD: when finally the laptop turns on i can play for hours without any problem, but if i restart or turns of and turn on the malfunction appers again.

i would recommend to check memory on correct slots , reinstall GPU driver and update the bios.

Sounds like bad motherboard, not surprised. I had to get a motherboard replacement from Dell.

I can see the power button showing red and blue blinking light codes. Lookup the pattern in the manual for a little more insight.

This happens for a variety of reasons on the 51m... I had it on a new machine because of a low voltage CMOS battery. The blinking codes should offer some help.

I remember when mine beeped like that, woke the whole damn house up, what is it with dell and having the diagnostic beep code at 150% volume. Too damn loud!

The first thing that came to my mind was my legion laptop with its bad motherboards. It did the same thing only it would never power on.

On side note dell said they shipped my Area-51m on Saturday but FedEx has not updated there site yet, FedEx tracking says it was suppose to be delivered today. I am fairly close to Chicago where its shipped from though.
