Hello all, I have had 2 alienware laptops before, M17x r3 and a M15. I am planning to moving to Area-51 Threadtripper edition for gaming and streaming, here are the specs:

AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper 1950X (16-Core, 40MB Cache, Overclocked up to 3.6GHz on all cores)
Alienware™ 850 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply with modular cabling [80 Plus Gold Efficiency]
Dual Liquid Cooled NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1080 graphics with 8GB GDDR5X each (NVIDIA SLI® Enabled)
16GB Dual Channel DDR4 at 2666MHz; up to 64GB (additional memory sold separately)
    256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
    Killer 1535 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1
1 Year Hardware Warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis
    Total cost: $4,309.99 before taxes
Does anyone here have an extra discount code to sell? What is the possible deal I can look for if I ring a Dell rep? Thank you in advance.

You can build yourself for less..
And SLI is more or less dead, minimal support, and the performance scaling is miserable.

    Take a look:

    1080Ti, 32GB RAM, 500GB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD, 1000$ less.

And if you do it yourself, it's very rewarding. Plus, you learn a lot along the way.
