    You stated before you had a 9700.
    I told you in the other threads that you have to take the system apart to access the memory.

    Please take a picture of your actual laptop. Looking straight down on the keyboard, and take a picture of the bottom.

    are you absolutely sure? because this "Area-51m Extreme" name appears to be UK-only, and if that page you linked to has the correct picture, then I think the laptop's proper name is the Area-51 766, which is covered in that support article.

    K-TRON: The laptop configuration says 9600/700 series.

    GRB: in the picture i posted can you see any ram slots? because that is how my computer looks like opened up.

    K-TRON: There seems to be no way to access the keyboard. I've opened other keyboards and there was always 2 latches.

    take a look at my instructions again, they apply to the 700 series (766 in particular)
