    Greetings NBR,

We're working on an automated troubleshooting tool to help you diagnose and repair problems just by typing a symptom into the search box.

We want you exclusively to help us design it to fit your needs, so any feedback would be appreciated!

This is amazing. Thanks, Luis. Getting the NBR Alienware Community involved is a great idea. I will make it sticky for a while.

Edit: I just tried it out, and I like it. It seems to work well and should prove useful.

Thanks, we're updating the content weekly as we get feedback. It's already live in the Alienware support webpage.

I just tried that the other day on the Alienware website. I didn't really get the answer for my question, but is a great idea.

I agree. Great idea, should help out a bit with non-complex issues.

Should include a "user repaired" submission system too.

That way if someone comes up with some fix for a problem, they can add it to a "user fix" link.

You said "One step closer to Skynet..." and the artist who remixed that song was netsky, so that's how.

Another idea that you could add in there is some sort of a counter system, That way if a new problem comes up and people start reporting it you can keep a list so you know if its a wide spread problem that need full attention.

Example would be like the m11x hinge, the more people that report a problem with the hinges, the more it comes up to your attention to have official checks made. This could speed up the repair solution for some issues.

Access only to those with AW part / tag number

Have words tagged in each post so that when a user puts in info, it can be searchable by a few key words
