*i know this is a desktop, but i cant post in the desktop form, i dotn have permission for some reason, could a mod fix this please?*

My roommate has an alienware aruara 7500 R-4 and it keeps failing. It will work fine for about 2 or 3 weeks then it crashes and wont load windows. It says "verifying pool data", then sometimes it says "missing opperating system" on the bios and it just sits there. When we go to reinstall windows sometimes the hard drive doesn't show up. We are thinking it is the hard drives fault, but the fact that we can reinstall the opperating system and it works fine (load times for games and stuff are normal) then BAM! it stops working. does any one have any ideas on what is going on? how do we fix this, can we take it to an autherized repair shop? thanks. Its in raid 0.
