    It is possible to unlock a bios. It's called a force flash, and a few Dell Reps have the ability to do it. Unfortunately, I don't have much knowledge about the company the linked.

    If the legit owner of a system finds they are unable to remember a BIOS password which they set, the owner needs to contact Dell Support.
