Are there any resources available for the wiring on my P2 chassis (Area-51), as I've upgraded the motherboard and am now getting a error "Connection with the board has been refused"?

Hello AW I recently got hold of an M11x R1 with issues of ALIEN-FX...all lights (kb, speaker grills, activity etc) appear off except the backlid alienhead. I bought it online with no returns.

when I open cc everything loads i.e the theme.. zone color editors etc. I can edit save colors and all but when the settings are applied nothing happens no lights anywhere! I dont have any unknown devices in the device mngr list nor .net errors. Alien autopsy and the bios diagnostics report nothing but pass for all hardware. AlienFX tester shows the board information to be :

2.00.01 and upgrading to 2.00.01. When I run the Apps in SDK folder in AW directory it runs all the apps without any issues but no lights whatsoever!

Kindly advise all possible solutions. Regards!

First thing I would check is that your machine isn't set to "go dark" - check the AlienFX icon in the task tray area, right click and make sure you don't have a tick next to go dark. See below. If that doesn't work, you may have a loose or damaged cable which would need investigating.....
