Alienware Financing and 30-Day Refund

Does anyone know the procedure for the 30-day refund if you make the purchase using the AW financing options?

Would the full sum be refunded and the payments continue, or would the financing simply be terminated and the restock fee deducted?

I imagine I'll call up AW soon to ask for myself if nobody knows offhand.
Additionally, asking anyone who has refunded in the past, what would I expect from the AW refund process?
Any info would be helpful.

 

make a call within the time to get a return authorization form.
if it is defective, they may require to at least allow then to fix the problem before a refund. sometimes not though. varies here.
if not defective, and just not happy, there is a restcok fee % (10-15 if memory serves).
if you use the AW card, you will need to ask them how the refund will be handled. either payment to CC or they may make payment to you and you would then have to mail it to the CC company.

validate and verify ALL of this with an email copy of procedures and correspondence with ALL you talk or email with as a cover your butt tactic.
