Title says everything. I bought a M15x from USA and now want to transfer ownership to the UK, i searched for the Dell transfership form for Int'l but where it says choose your product, there is no option for Alienware at all only Dell products. Does anybody know where I can find the form needed to fill out the the transfership?
I have the invoice with all the details of the current owner ( DaneGRClose )
so I have everything ready at hand.
EDIT: I just wanted to point out that I called Dell all day today but since 12 noon till 9PM i got the same message: we are sorry we cannot attend your call due to testing out emergency.....we have evacuated all our employees from the building. didnt know it takes all day to test fire alarms. I used the Dell call me back on the Alienware UK page
. Thanks!

The form you found is the form you fill out - Alienware is Dell. The Service Tag identifies the system. Start with the form you located.

and thank you for your quick response -
This is the starting place for you:
Dell - International Ownership Transfer Form
Leave the pulldown alone - if its a required selection, choose XPS Notebook or your alternative is to call which will work as well. Might even be faster to call.

A side note: Many have questioned what allows international warranty support - some have been told (via sales chat) they MUST have a 3 yr contract... lol. Well, I think the answer is pretty clear on the above linked page.

I originally bought my M17X from the States and I live in London. In order for Dell/Alienware to honour the warranty they advised I should purchase the 3yr Next Business Day Support. When I filled out the forms mentioned above I received an email from [email protected] - maybe contact them directly if you cant find the correct form.
