Alienware Laptop Order Problem

Hey guys, i just ordered an m15x about 2 days ago on August 5th. I kept a screen shot of the final order page, instead of printing it. I through we were supposed to recieve an e-mail shortly after to confirm that alienware has recieved the order. Though i didnt recieve one yet. Also it said that the order status page updates in about 48 hours, its been longer than that and still no update, because when i try to check the status it says that the order number is incorrect.

Am i just being impatient or was i supposed to receive an order confirmation e-mail and does the order status page take long to update?

 

From which site did you order your laptop?

I ordered mine from www.alienware.co.uk, upon placing my order i immediately got an email confirmation, with my purchase order number.

With said purchase order number, you should be able to check the status of your order in the order status page.

Maybe you can PM the Alienware reps in this forum for assistance

you may want to call the order hotline. (sales)
let them know about this. at the same time, check with you CC company to see if it has been charged.

Well i ordered from the Canadian site. Ill keep an eye on my CC acount, to see if any money has been withdrawn. Ill contact the Alienware reps aswell. Thnx for the info guys. Apppreciate it.
