    That rig is actually really, really well-specced for $1k, the only downside is that it uses ATI and AMD hardware. You can also now get the 7500 for $300 less, starting the system at $1200 with an 8800 GT and a 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo. Alienware is nowhere near as overprice as before. It's great for anyone that wants to buy an Alienware system, but now that Alienware is expanding their business to retail and offering a decent amount of value in their systems they're slowly turning into your everyday brand name.
