Why does buying a computer have to be so complicated? There is a very good coupon for the dell outlet but there aren't any computers listed with my specs. So I call, just like it says to as part of the coupon, first time get transferred to the wrong department (regular sales, not outlet) and lose the call when it gets transferred to the outlet sales. Second time, the guy spends 20 minutes trying to communicate with me about the price and what I want. He didn't speak english very well so I had to repeat a lot. He tries to sell me a new computer for quite a lot more than what I want to pay. He's willing to come down a bit to sell it to me right away, but I know I can get a better deal if I wait for Black Friday. Honestly, all I want is the same deal I had back in August when I decided I couldn't afford it but he wasn't willing to do that.

So, my question, are there computers for the outlet that aren't on the website? Or is calling a waste of time and I'm only going to get someone trying to sell me a new computer? I'm willing to call again if they can tell me what outlet computers are actually available and let me decide if one of those is what I want.

If you want to purchase from the outlet, calling is a waste.

And when good coupons comes out, resellers buys them really fast.

If you plan to purchase through the outlet just bookmark the page and keep an eye out for good deals, within a couple of weeks you may be able to find what best suits you :)

The problem with waiting a few weeks is that the outlet laptops aren't that much cheaper if there isn't a coupon. I don't understand why the webpage with the coupon says to call if there isn't someone there that can look up laptops before they appear on the webpage.

You have to check a couple time during the day, the outlet is always being updated and soon as you find what you want make the purchase that second. There was one system that I wanted, but thought it could wait till I got home...by the time I got home from work it was gone.
