I just got in a brand new Alienware R3 13 inch with a OLED. The screen looks nice, but I would like to confirm what manufacture it is. I looked in Windows devices and it just shows a generic pnp monitor. Why does it show generic? Is there a way to confirm the manufacture is Samsung?

    1) Download AIDA64 Extreme Portable

    2) Right click on the ZIP file you downloaded, go to Properties, then untick the UNBLOCK box on the bottom right if it was blocked to ensure all the files within the ZIP are also not having a blocked status and run correctly. Stupid Windows security feature that can be disabled but that's for another topic

    3) Extract the ZIP then launch aida64.exe by right clicking on it and choosing Run as Administrator

    4) From the left pane, double click on Display, then click on Monitor

    5) Your exact screen name/model will appear on the right beside Monitor Name
