    Any of you guys no how long it takes to get the funds back in your account after you cancel your order? When I canceled the person told me 24-48 hrs, than I call back 48 Hrs and the person tells me 72 hours, I ask to speak to their supervisor, and they said they didn't have a supervisor in that department, (yeah, go figure). so ok I call back and speak to the supervisor in sales, and what a waste of time that was. Bah, So far, Alienware is a company built on false promises IMO. All they have done is tell me one date, and when that date goes by, they tell me another date.

    oh, err sorry, got a little carried away there, my question: does anyone know how long the refund takes to process, and put the funds back into your account.

    Normally with credit cards 3 to 5 business days. With Banks it could take as long as 5 business days. It all depends on your bank. Give your bank or credit card company call, maybe they can help or maybe the info is on their website.

    It's good to tell them that you will have a large sum of money leaving your account so that there are no problems. When I ordered my m15x I went to my bank and told them... and they still called to make sure I was the one who had charged the amount of money.

    I know I'll get my money back, the problem is, I start class on monday, and needed a comp by than, Now I've got to wait till more than likly the 2nd week of class before I'll have a laptop.

    When I canceled mine they said could be 5-9 working days AFTER they received the messenger bag that was already sent out seperately & too late to recall. I got it & sent it back 4 days ago via UPS Ground so I'm curious myself how long it'll be.

    Depends on how fast they process the refund, also your bank plays a role as well. If it isn't there today don't expect it till monday. I think it took them about 3 days to get the funds back to my account.

    I used my AMEX card, and their pretty good about updating my balance before the funds are even fully transfered.
