I have had several issues with my new m15x. Overheating and sound problems have been the worse. Thanks to the help of several forum members I was able to correct the overheating issue with new drivers.
I spent over an hour on the phone with AW trying to fix the sound issue to no avail. They then told me to send the computer back for repairs. As the system is only 3 weeks old I asked for an RMA number. I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours with the number. I waited 4 days and nothing so I called and spoke to the person handling my case (it took 30 minutes for CS to find him). He told me he processed my request and that I would get an email with the RMA and instructions for returning the system. It is now 24 hours later and still no email.
Have those of you who have returned your systems to AW experienced similar issues? It feels as though they are giving me the runaround and since my 30 days is fast approaching I am concerned.

Speak to Roswell instead. They'll generally have an answer to you by 24 hours (or sooner if you call them.)

I was finally able to get through to an agent that actually helped me, Norman. I think that it all depends on who you get at AW as to the level of service that you receive. While I am disappointed that it took 7 days and 3 phone calls to get an RMA processed I am pleased with the way it worked out. Thank you Norman for helping!
