Ok , I ordered my alienware system, Wedsday, with an estimated ship date of December 19th. About 2 hours ago I got this email

" Thank you for choosing Alienware. Your order shipped out
today via Federal Express. Your Fedex tracking number(s) are provided
    below.

    Alienware order# XXXXXXXXXX

    Tracking Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Remember to make a note of your tracking numbers in case you need to
check on the delivery status of your order........."

Now, heres the weird parts. The order number on the email: is NOT my order number that alienware gave me, which is currently showing up as phase 4.

Now is it possibly my system really shipped, or is this just some type of fluke I need to know as we are going on vacation in the next week and were going to fly out tomorrow but if alienware is on way, wifey wants to wait so she can watch blueray's on trip.

    System I ordered is a

If you really need to know, call their 24 hour technical support. They're not supposed to handle the situation, but if you explain it to them I'm sure that they will:

Can any one who ordered a case with thier computer confirm if they ship as one or individually? I waited on hold for 2 hours last night, to have tech support tell me they couldn't help me.

I ordered mine with a case and I received them at the same time but I heard of at least one other person on the forum who received their case first. But that was because his laptop was severly delayed.

Enter the tracking number you received on this page and see if it returns anything: http://fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us
