    Hi,

    I purchased a used m15x notebook on ebay and Alienware refuses to sell me one of their SmartBay batteries, even in a recession. I was just wondering, where could I buy one? Are they rare? Should I try bothering Alienware again?

    Before they told me that if I gave them my laptop number that it'd be okay, but today this lady on the phone said no way. I'm quite irritated...

    I guess you have tries ebay. Try to get into contact with somebody who's going to buy an alienware laptop and get him to purchase the smartbay battery for you.
