    Its DPC Latency issue:

    Every M17x has that issue.

    Dell is working on it. Estimated fix date: TBA.

    Quick fix:

    Try to use only integrated graphic card to see if it works then:

    Try to disable PowerMizer (Panda's solution)

    Ah, I thought it was just me!
    Good thing everyone is having this issue, I thought this issue was fixed, oh well, hopefully they are still working on this matter.
    Not sure if a simple firmware upgrade will do the job.

    Ive been having the same issue also...very annoying. I also cut down my start ups and services also.
