    What number should I call?
    The Dell support number or the number on alienware's homepages?
    Which one will give better service?


    Extra question - Is there online chat tech support for alienware?

    The one number I have had complete success with is Alienware Tech support. (Not Dell, too many styles of laptop).
    Strangely enough, this number is not on their pages, I got it from a service tech that replaced my motherboard.
    Just between us, right... lol... 1866.243.9297. When it works send me a pm (top right). -hubs-

    I have not found the online, tech support link, to ever work.
