    Hi Guys,

Anyone got a UK number for tech support? The number i ring is 0800 2799751 however the line keeps going dead and it's been like that for two weeks now.

Anyone else want to try for me to get through? I've tried from various landlines and mobiles.

I've reached out to Alienware tech support on twitter who took my details but even they haven't rung me back.

    Thanks!

The number you have to dial now is 0800 028 2660. You will need your Express Service Code to hand (underside of machine 9-11 digits) and I think it's option 4 for technical support, automated service asks for your Express Service Code and routes through to Alienware Technical Support. Opening hours have also changed - used to be 24/7, now I believe it is 9-6pm closed weekends.
