I got my m15x last April, and last night I managed to accidentally tread on the top of it and I have cracked my LCD. The laptop works fine and I can still use it, but the LCD is cracked.

I have sent an email to Alienware Support last night enquiring how I go about getting it repaired and I'm waiting for a reply.

Does anyone here have any experiences with Alienware UK repairs?

    Specifically I'm interested to know:

    How much will it cost?

    How long does it take?

I'm out of the UK right now, and I won't be back until 28th February, and then on 16th March I am off to sea for the next four months, so I only have a two week window in which to get my m15x repaired.

    Thanks.
