The Geforce GTX 555 on my X51 R1 is starting to show its age. I was thinking about upgrading to an Asus Geforce GTX 670 2GB DDR5 DCII. Can the X51 handle this card? I already have the 330W PSU.

Any graphics card upgrade recommendations in general are also welcome.

I think the 670 is your best option for the x51. 760 will work too but probably not as much performance. If you do get the 670 i think you need to get the EVGA so that it will fit properly. Please double check this as I only know this from researching for a friend a little while back.

Thanks for the reply. Sucks that I can't get just any 670. I appreciate the input.
