I dont even know if I can wait much longer. My ship date was suposed to be today (And I realize that I have it real good compared to some people) But I honestly have no idea what stage my computer is at. I have gotten no clear answer and I CANNOT STAND BEING LIED TO! Thats why if they dont have a good logical answer by friday....I wont be waiting...cant let the a-holes win sometime yah know.

the person i spoke to was in customer service and for all i know they could be in a totally different building if not a different part of the country. i will try another department in a while and re post to let you all know the outcome.

Actually, for US customer service used to be in another country if I am not mistaken. That doesn't mean that they shouldn't know what status your computer is. In any case I'd suggest to treat the info on forums lightly and get as much as you can from the CS for your particular order. It might be that some are in production while other customers are getting the default reply of "we will do this and that etc".

The delays appear to mainly be with the X9000 and the 8800M GTX and not nearly as much with other processors and graphics cards.

it has just been confirmed by CS status update that production has re commenced on the m15x and from start of production it can take upto 5-10 days so he said hopefully i should receive it by the end of next week.

if this is the case, everyone that ordered in february should HOPEFULLY be happy bunnys by early next week.

GOOD LUCK and keep everything crossed.

I live in chicago, and I have probably got the most screwed up situation here in america, i told MrDJ about it, but I will tell you all later today about what happened, just going to wait and see until the supervisor calls me today, to see how/if this mess gets cleaned up.

Seems like AW is moving finaly towards shipping. Maybe the worst nightmares about the m15x shipping end of April were just that...nightmares...

Hope for you guys that you`ll get your m15x asap. You waited long enough.

Btw. I finaly decided on a Sager NP5793. Ordered it friday the 21st, payed on monday 24th via Wire Transfer, yesterday (26th) it was shipped and today its already in Osaka. I`ll have it in my hands by friday. Thats ONE WEEK from order to delivery. Thats what I wish AW to do in the future! Thats what I expected/wished for. No insane waiting time...

I have been reading a lot about this and I almost thought against buying it because of these delays... I guess the only fortunate part is that I live in Florida... maybe 4 hours from their Miami headquarters.

Is there any specific configurations that they were delaying on or was it most/all of them?
