    i was so close to pulling the trigger but their history scared me... now its ultimately proven, thank god there were reviews of this... Sager it is i guess

    Dont think the sager is going to be better, you may want to wait.

    its almost identical on the inside as the M17X, just a bigger chassis & screen.

    So it may very well have the screen issue fixed (maybe same screen as the W90 and I like mine a lot) but it could have all the other problems.

    No matter how good the QC is or what brand it is, if your going to be one of the first owners of a new model laptop your taking a risk.

    in related news, the "screen issue" has nothing to do with QC. they just picked a lower-grade screen model.

    You obviously have no confidence in Alienware Blue Diamond, and it's clear by your statements that's not going to change.

    So is your point of coming here to let others know you won't be buying an A.W.?

    If you don't like A.W. and have no intention of buying one why don't you stop wasting your time and ours?

    Some ppl is happy with the LCD some isn't you can't really call it a issue, alienware used a lower quality LCD than we could want? yes but that's all.
