    Online or phone, post your hilarious stories here if you tried to haggle thinking you'll get great deals but ended up with nothing, perhaps arguing with the sales rep or the two of you spend time talking about crap.

    Here's mine.

    Agent (Let's call him Bob): "Welcome to Dell Chat Sales, This is Bob, your Dell Sales Advisor. My email address is [email protected]."
    Bob: "hello PuddyWow, how are you today?"
    PuddyWow: I'm interested in purchasing an Alienware M17x R3 but that price on your site is a complete rip-off!
    Bob: I assure you we offer the most competitive prices.
    PuddyWow: Tell that to my mum who crying because she wants to buy this laptop for me but can't afford to.
    Bob: May I ask for your total price?
    PuddyWow: Certainly! It's £1,489.50. Can you reduce it to £1,089 please?
    Bob: I wish I can but I cannot. What's your number?
    PuddyWow: I don't have a phone. I sold it to help me buy this laptop and will be able to if you're willing to offer me a discount.
    Bob: I'm terribly sorry but there's nothing I can do.
    PuddyWow: Aren't you a sales rep?
    Bob: Yes I am.
    PuddyWow: Then offer me a discount!
    Bob: I can offer you a free shipping, would you like that?
    PuddyWow: I want a discount. 25% discount.
    Bob: Can you call back on Monday afternoon?
    PuddyWow: Like I said I don't have a phone because I was forced to sell it to help purchase this laptop if you'd offer me a 25% discount!
    Bob: I'm terribly sorry about your phone.
    *Disconnected*
