Hey guys
Is this a common problem? I install the windows 7 download and it all goes smoothly and it finds drivers for my mouse/keyboard/bluetooth/wireless and audio...
...But the alienware Command center driver for vista x64, and the OSD driver (on screen display, for the touch icons that pop up) dont want to install. They unzip, the icon for setup shows, but it just goes away after a few seconds.
Any ideas? Ive got the latest bios update on here, it was just updated from Vista, which was working perfectly.
Thanks

Did you create a dvd for the .iso file or are you using a virtual drive?

If it goes away after you hit setup then it is installed. (OSD anyway)
You should find that any of the Fn combos will display the OSD. -
I made a DVD for the ISO file.
So there is no way as of yet to get the command center installed? (the OSD program is working now) -
Its a pain to find it but here it is:

Alternatively, go to the support area in alienware.com and look for 6089 in the search box.
Would you mind telling me if your microphone is working though? Mine isn't. Thanks!
