Without getting into the debate on weather you should overclock, etc. etc. I was wondering how high people actually game at. I would like to know exact clocks and card configurations. We all know that each card is differnet with potential overclocks, but I would like to get a feel for the comfort level of people that actually game overclocked. I do understand that we are all different with our level of expertise, and comforts, but i think this is a valid question. I have not tested the overclock range of my cards yet (duaL 280'S), but will be doing this soon. I usually leave my cards overclcoked 24/7 and have never had issues. I have a cryo lx just for reference. Thanks...

I usually have the CPU OC'ed at all times but not the GPUs. I mainly play FO3 which doesn't require me to OC the GPUs.

I always leave the cpu overclocked also, moo why do you think it wont give big boosts? i havent benched these overclocked, but my 9800gx2 (similar to the 280's) gives me a huge fps boost.

If I had an M17x I'd have my Q9000 on 2.5GHz constantly. (Basic FSB increase to 1333MHz) Completely stable and temps are safe even in my M17. For games that prefer clock speed to cores, the extra 0.5GHz really helps.
