    Hi. am a new in this forum.
    I have an alienware m5700 and a new problem has shown in the lcd.
    when I work on my lappy for over than 2 hour there is some vertical lines shows in the screen.
    do any one have any Idea about this problem?

    This issue is most likely related to your graphics card. What do you mean by "when I work on my lappy" - playing games or . . . ? Try playing games and see what happens.

    no even when am working on the internet or reading ebooks.
    some time the monitor not starting utill i hit the laptop from the under cover
    sorry my english is bad but I hope u understand what is my problem
    and when am gaming the problem is comming but after few hours
    by the way this problem is not always showing its like 3:10 time

    Sounds more like a panel or cable problem to me.. Steady vertical lines, especially those that are always the same, rareley point to a shot GPU.

    Then again, this MXM card doesn't exactly have a good track record.
