My Alienware m9700 was banned from the tech support facilities and a part I need to fix my computer is not readily available....the power button board/cable, well I called them and they gave me a company to call....I did and they told me that I need to find out if the m9700 is a "Clevo" model and what model it is and they might fix it for me...

    DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS INFO?

He probably bought it off of Ebay or some previous owner.

    AW warranties are not transferable.
