    Does anyone know if there is a phone number that I can call to speak to someone in the US for AW? Im really getting sick of talking to people in India that cant answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

    Yeah that takes you to Dell's outbound call center. I actually just found the local phone number for them. Its 305-251-9797. Hopefully others can use this info as well.

    Whenever I've used that number i've never been transferred to another country, only dells main line does that. The number I posted is Dell's Alienware line not their general call line.

    That would be great, except it was just a regular old online purchase. So no sales rep to yell at this time unfortunately. :(
