Hey, I was looking on the dell store and I saw they give out a discount well enough but it is a separate deal from the alienware store. I was wondering what kind of discount alienware gives to students, I can't find out myself because I don't have a university email yet which I need to get to the discount page.

If you're asking for 10% EPP Student discount, you can call the EPP department and just tell them you are a student at your university and they'll process it. They don't even check if you actually go there, all they do is put the name of the school and done. 10% Applied!

I talked to a sales rep and there was a 200 off discount on the EPP for the m15x and I managed to get them to take off another 75 but that's about it, had a total cost of 1814 not bad for.

actually you could even get lower i paid 1785 total and i had the 9 cell plus 5300 wireless card too so you should try to get at least 20% and not 15-16% try another rep and you might be able to get down to 1700 at least total.

not to mention that i also have advanced 1 year warranty near $100 value
also go to this forum and follow the directions really helped me out when i was ordering last week :D
