I've heard US support is awesome and first class. How is the Canadian support, being that were only a bit north of you guys?

It's not bad. We still get good NBD service, but expect parts to take a little longer.

It has been good for me. I had one odd occurrence, I wanted a second 330W power adapter. For some reason, the Canadian support folks could not find the part. I contacted Luis Porras here and he was able to rectify the problem. I have had a number of Dell products over the years and have yet to be disappointed.

Been awesome for me and parts are still overnight in all of my instances. They still have warehouses and part stocks up here too
