I believe that anything you buy from anyone, you will have good and bad experiences. Right now, I cannot say that I am pleased with the way Dell/Alienware is handling my case. here is a link to what I posted this morning.

While it is nice to see people have zero problems with warranty service, I can only wish I had the same on my end. With everything that has happened to me with regards to hardware and software, I know it can happen as I work in IT / helpdesk Support, but the way Dell/Alienware is handling my case could definitely be better.![]()
