Alienware has improved after the AllPowerful event?
The service has become better?
There aren't issues like how there were with the new Alienware notebook?

Quality has defenitly improved, if you say ordering on june 6th and getting it august 18th a servive improvement then wow... service is definitly worse after being bought out by dell, on the bright side since theres the 30 day return policy thing i believe i can still return and buy the possibly new M15x coming out shortly.

I got my order 12 days after ordering, got free next day air shipping and got a free Orion backpack. They also were extremely helpful with getting my 2nd HDD caddy that they forget to send out. A++ for service.....

Dell surprised me by letting me cancel my order without hiccup (although I did send multiple e-mails). I'm impressed so far.
Just waiting to see what Alienware has in store Tuesday or Wednesday before I make my final decision.

being persistent, insisting that the price was more than I expected or could afford, and reminding them that I just paid 2500 for a laptop from them. Also helps alot to kiss some a$$ and make the customer rep feel important, tell him how extremely helpful he is and how much you appreciate all the help is giving you.
