So my M9750 has started to emit problems of no screen so after 2hours of taking bits of it out with the tech guy it's booked in for repair. Here's hoping that the UK repair center does a better job than the US one, after reading about stone's experiences i am a bit weary!

Best of luck with this. Haven't heard much about international services myself.

I honestly have no idea, we pulled the parent graphics card out and it started working again, played some games on it for a few hours (no glitches or issues) shut it down to check if it's still okay bang same issue no screen. If you asked me I'd say the motherboard was broken :p
One things for sure i'm putting notes about it for the tech guy to read on teh keyboard when I send it off :)

Edit... Now they're sending me a Daughter Video Card, which is apparently the primary video card. Goddammit confusing naming :p

They should take care of you my lighting on my m15x went out and they fixed it right up (took 2 weeks though and an all nighter with support, originally started as a different problem, system crashed alot) anyway all is good now I'm sure it will be for you in the end as well.

I'm just hoping they diagnosed the right part, i find it incredibly odd that when it works i get no game slow downs or graphical issues at all which in my opinion removes blame from the graphics card. Well we'll see when the new card gets here!

Well the new card has arrived and i'll be fitting it tomorrow when I get home. The customer support are going to get a lot of abuse if the card doesnt fix it since he reassured me that the card was 100% the issue and there couldnt possibly be any other broken part.

New Card Fitted, Still Same Issue. It worked once after fitting and now I'm stuck with the same "No Screen" problem as before. Booked in for repair, whats everyones experience on the repair time of AW in the UK?

what, one customer's issue? i'm not defending AW, but if you followed that logic, you wouldn't ever be able to buy anything from any company, because there isn't a company in the world that hasn't had a problem with one of their products.

Well it went off yesterday, with a note on the keyboard stating exactly what they should replace aka Motherboard. If they dont replace that then they have a law suit on there hands as far as i'm concerned!
