Unfortunately my M15X is a work computer and no way will I be able to send mine in. So if theres a willing party to send theirs in or better yet someone in the Salt Lake City, UT area willing to take theirs in.
Hello Seth,
Thank you for contacting ZAGG, home of the invisibleSHIELD! Robert G. Pedersen II, our president, has read your email and asked me to respond in his behalf. My name is Latisha and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
Thank you for your recent email regarding an invisibleSHIELD for the M15X. We currently do not have an invisibleSHIELD created for this device but have been looking for an opportunity to do so as we consider this a hot gadget!
We are willing to create an invisibleSHIELD for your M15X absolutely free of charge. We are willing to waive the custom order fee ($9.95), the installation fee ($15.00) and the cost for the invisibleSHIELD itself a value of $54.95! All we ask is for you to mail in your device to our office so we can take proper measurements and ensure that the invisibleSHIELD we create meets our high design standards. Mailing in your device will be your only cost for this order. The normal turn around time for new designs is 2 weeks. However, we are willing to get your M15X invisibleSHIELD designed in 1 week. So that you're able to enjoy your product with out having to worry about ruining the sleek look of your device.
We do require that you send in your device using a trackable method and we suggest UPS Ground as the cheapest option. We also require that your shipment is fully insured.
Our shipping address is:
ZAGG Inc.
3855 S. 500 W. Suite B
Salt Lake City, UT 84115
Please be sure to include your name, mailing address, contact phone number and valid email address so we can communicate with you during this process and create an order for you in our system. We also ask that you please have your device to us by May 7, 2008 which is 2 weeks from today, in order to take advantage of this special opportunity.
When your invisibleSHIELD is complete we will ship your device back via UPS 2nd Day Air, trackable and insured, free of charge to you.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Thank you for choosing the invisibleSHIELD. We appreciate your business!
All the best,
--

That's awesome, thanks so much Dagi for taking the initiative on this one! I wonder if it will be total coverage, other than the keyboard and vents of course....
My 15x hasn't been shipped yet, still in p5, but if it ships this week and I get early next week I'll volunteer, if not I'll have till I wait until I get back from a work trip and by then some lucky dog will already have volunteered and have gotten the free hookup!

Great, Ill be happy to just have one available for purchase. They tend to do a pretty good job of covering most areas. Please post back here whoever gets on this deal and keep us updated.
Thanks. -
I have just asked the guys at invisibles if they would comply to my request. you guys will have one to buy in no time ^_^

I picked up an InvisibleShield for a different device, and to be honest? Not terribly impressed. Putting it on was a pita, there were fit issues, and although it might not scratch easily, it does stretch easily (which doesn't help the fit issues at all). And on top of that, for any device where two surfaces covered by InvisibleShield meet... it starts sticking. Sticking more to itself than it does to your device, so it starts peeling off. Gotta love it, eh?
