    Anyone having issues with Path of Exile crashing the whole computer?

    So I've emailed tech support at grinding gear games, as I've now had two hard system crashes where I've gotten a black screen and totally lost control of the computer... I've got no blue screen, and I cannot get to the CTRL-ALT-DEL menu... One time I waited 5 min and it suspended the game and gave me back the computer, but the other time I had to do a hard shutdown (something I hate doing)....

    Both times it happened when the game was being ALT-TAB'd or switching to desktop... I did a test for their tech support and ran it in window'd mode.. but as soon as I selected Window mode, the game crashed on me...

    System specs are below, and everything is fully up to date and not in beta, and I am not overclocking anything beyond what AW has it set to do.

    Apparently others have had this issue, but I'm curious if anyone here has?

    the game title is in the thread name... "Path of Exile" ... crashing on the 18...

    Does it do the same thing in the 17? If so it's probably the game itself.

    I don't have it on the 17.. I can try later on. The Dev seems to think it's the game too.

    Maybe your Sli cause the problem...... Try only using single GPU on your system.....
