Anyone still in phase 1?

I got an email asking for a bank statement so i got one and sent a picture of it in just folding it so they could not see the transactions.
Didn't blank out anything else.

How long after does it take to get past this stage? Its been 4 days since i sent it.

 

you may want to call. After they verified my info it was only 24 hours then I moved on

If your replying on the order status page - DON'T! It's broken.

I placed my order Apr 29th and a week after that I called CS and they told me I was on phase 3 but as of today the status page still says Phase 1.

 

I ment email-wise. I'm guessing after i sent in the statement they will email me before snatching thousands of pounds of out the bank.

 

Heres a question since its been 4 days now. 4 and a half to be exact.
Do they email you after receiving it? or do they just take it, bill you and continue to make it with no contact to you at all.

 

I went from Phase 1 to Phase 4 after a week(ordered on 8th, phase 4 on 14th). Wire transfer though, so u cant exactly co-relate with that

however, i was put in phase 4 without any intimation, and received an email confirming the processed payment a day later ie, the 15th

they'll send you a few surveys but thats pretty much it.
