    Please guys let me know if there is anyone with an Alienware laptop or a regular computer here!

    I really need the factory image recovery cause mine was lost, doesnt matter if you have windows 7 or 8, please guys help.

    I have 3$ in my Paypal if you would like too.

    Have you tried calling dell. They will help you with that. I do believe if you go to alienware support and enter your service tag number on the bottom of your laptop they even give you the option to download your factory software for that sevice Tage number. I say give dell a call and they will help you get The exact software that a as shipped with that laptop. I'm sure other guys here will have some other ideas too. Good luck.

    That's weird I have had laptops 5 years old and called the manufacture and was able to get the original software or image the way it came when it was new. Just give it a little time and I'm sure someone will chime in and have some ideas on how to help you.

    Closing this thread... Please call Dell and either get a Windows installation disk for free or buy one if it is outside of warranty. We cannot distribute Micro$oft software through this forum. Hang onto that $3 in your PayPal account. You can use it to buy a cup of coffee at an internet cafe.
